Diverse UK has developed Sensory Calm Spaces in collaboration with specialist autism sensory integration professionals and experts by lived experience.
Our approach is grounded in evidence-informed, low-arousal principles, drawing on recognised frameworks. We bring together sensory regulation, accessibility planning and compassionate, professional delivery to support autistic and neurodivergent people in busy public environments.
We provide professionally staffed Sensory Calm Spaces at festivals, live events, corporate events and conferences. Our teams include autistic and neurodivergent staff who use their lived experience and SEN, nursing mental health speciallist knowledge to create environments that genuinely reduce sensory overload and support self-regulation.
Through years of delivery at large-scale events, we work to high industry standards in accessibility and inclusive practice. Our Sensory Calm Spaces are designed to be part of event infrastructure and offer a highly sought-after provision for neurodivergent or disabled attendees at live events.
